PTL Announcement

As per SEC guidelines for listed companies, the quarterly results should be announced within 45 days from the quarter end. In the past, PTL has normally been announcing quarterly results within the end of the month subsequent to the quarter end. This was in line with the regulatory requirement at the parent company level in India, for announcing quarterly reviewed results within 1 month from the quarter end. However, since FY 2010-11, due to a change in regulations in India, the listed parent company of PTL is liable to announce reviewed quarterly results “within 45 days from quarter end”, as against “within 30 days from quarter end”. Also, going forward PTL will be announcing its quarterly reviewed results, anytime within 45 days from quarter end, depending on all relevant factors.
