Declaration of Interim Dividend

Subject : To report the resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2009

The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the Company) No. 3/2009 held at 3.00 pm on 25 March 2009, has resolved to pay an interim dividend for the financial year 2008-09 as per following details:

(i) an interim dividend payment based on the Company's profitability for the nine months ended on 31st December, 2008, at Bt 0.40 per share, totalling to Bt. 320 million,

(ii) Record date to be 8 April, 2009 and shareholder list as specified in Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act to be determined as per the book-closure date of 9 April, 2009, and

(iii) Interim dividend payment date to be 22 April, 2009.
