Minor correction in AGM time 2008

Subject: To report a minor correction in the Annual General Meeting time, in the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2008 reported to SET on May 20, 2008.

The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the Company) No. 2/2008 held at 11.30 am on 20 May 2008, resolved to hold the 2008 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 29th , 2008 at 10.30 AM. However, while reporting the same to SET on May 20, 2008 the time was inadvertently reported as 10.00 AM by the company,instead of 10.30 AM as agreed and resolved by the Board of Directors. We would like to clarify the time of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 29th, 2008 as 10.30 AM as against 10.00 AM inadvertently reported earlier .

We would also like to add here that the 2008 Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders sent to the shareholders on July 14th 2008 correctly states the time for the meeting as 10.30 AM on July 29th 2008.
