The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Polyplex (Thailand) Public
Company Limited (the Company) No. 3/2006 held at 12.00 noon on 28 July
2006 has resolved as follows:

1.That the report on the Company's operating results for the period between
April  1st  2006  to June 30th 2006 be acknowledged.

2.That the Company's balance sheet and the profit and loss statements for
the quarter  ended 30 June 2006 which had been reviewed by the certified
public accountant and reviewed by the Audit Committee be approved.
